over all the years of spending time on Lake Michigan i have collected quite the collection of amazing sun shots. the thing is, they never get old. something as simple as a sunset that happens EVERY.SINGLE.DAY - evokes so much awe from us all. we can never get enough.
what does this say about our God who created this beauty?
no matter how many times we have seen it, we still look to the west, knowing that no matter what has happened during our day. no matter what will happen the next...the sun is setting. even on the days when we cannot see it, we know it is there. steadfast. just as our God is. a daily reminder of grace enough, unending beauty and constant presence.
