so i have an ad thing on the side of my blog and it keeps showing ads that pertain to my life...

recently it keeps advertising things about alternative knee surgeries.

???
creeeeeeeeepy.

    it's because Google places ads that relate to keywords in your website. So if someone did a random search for say, "knee pain" and wound up on your website, then the ad about knee pain might be relevant to that same web searcher. Make sense?
